Welcome Letter from Julia Fanara, Head of School: Welcome Back from Ms. Fanara!! 

Back to School Forms: This page contains two sets of the forms. The first, “Back to School Forms: Required for All Families” are the required forms for ALL families in the school. These must be completed and submitted by Wednesday, August 19, 2020. The second set of forms is only necessary if your daughter(s) is/are planning on playing a sport during the Spring Semester. These forms must be on file prior to her try-out for any sport. Both sets of forms will be completed through DocuSign. If you have any issues with the forms, please contact Sara McCarthy ’05, Assistant Head of School, at smccarthy@alvernoheights.org. 

Academic Schedules: Your daughter will find her Academic Schedule by logging into her ALMA account. As a reminder, the username for her ALMA account is their firstname.lastname. For example, Ashley Smith would be ashley.smith. If she is unable to access ALMA, please contact Ms. Sara A. McCarthy ’05, Assistant Head of School, at smccarthy@alvernoheights.org. or Ms. Linda Bass, Registrar, at lbass@alvernoheights.org for access. 

Athletic Forms: Although CIF has pushed athletics until the Spring for all sports, these are the forms that will be used when we can resume athletics. They may be submitted now or later.

Student Fees: Information about academic, student life, and athletic fees for the 2020-2021 school year. All appropriate fees will be added to your family’s FACTS account. Questions regarding fees should be directed to Lee Ann Bechthold, Business Manager, at lbechthold@alvernoheights.org

Alverno Fund: the beginning of each school year, we ask our families to show their support for Alverno by making a donation to
The Alverno Fund (formerly known as the Annual Giving Campaign). Your gift provides us with the funds necessary to maintain the level of excellence in our academic and co-curricular programs that our families have come to expect from Alverno. Make your fundraising donation in full by Friday, August 28, 2020 and you will receive an “early-bird” donation discount of $100!

EdTech Book Ordering: EdTech is Alverno’s official book vendor. These two flyers contain information regarding ordering textbooks from EdTech and ordering books from Amazon through EdTech. If you have questions regarding textbooks and ordering, please contact Hoku Janbazian, Librarian, at hjanbazian@alvernoheights.org
