If you have received notification that you are missing these forms, please make sure you complete them as soon as possible. As a reminder, your daughter is not permitted on campus unless these forms are complete.

Alverno Fund: At the beginning of each school year, we ask our families to show their support for Alverno by making a donation to The Alverno Fund (formerly known as the Annual Giving Campaign). Your gift provides us with the funds necessary to maintain the level of excellence in our academic and co-curricular programs that our families have come to expect from Alverno.

Textbooks: Students are required to purchase any textbooks or e-books required for the classes they are enrolled in for the 2022-2023 school year. All books should be purchased at the beginning of the school year. Any workbooks must be purchased new and be free from writing. If you are purchasing used textbooks, please make sure that you are checking the ISBN number on the textbooks that you are purchasing. Alverno is not responsible for textbooks that were purchased incorrectly.
