Lower School Application, Registration, and Uniforms


Inquiry and Application for 2020-2021 School Year

The Lower School at Alverno Heights Academy will open in September 2020 with the intent of enrolling students in grades TK-8. Plans continue to be ongoing as we work closely with a consulting board, the Board of Trustees, and City of Sierra Madre. We want to keep families informed of the process as we prepare to open for enrollment. We kindly request that families interested in enrolling in the Lower School complete an inquiry here

Once we are ready to begin the Application and Enrollment process, we will contact families about the next steps of the process.

Submit a Lower School Application! 

If you are applying to TK-K, please have your child’s current teacher complete “Alverno Heights Academy TK-K Recommendation Form.”

Registration for 2020-2021 School Year

Once your child has been accepted, please follow the Registration steps below to guarantee your spot at the Alverno Heights Academy Lower School: 

  1. Complete the Parent Commitment Form.* 
  2. Submit your $250 Registration Fee.* Please note that this fee is non-refundable. If another school will be forwarding the registration fee, please contact Ms. Kate Witherington, Director of Enrollment Management at the Upper School, at kwitherington@alvernoheights.org so the request may be made. 
  3. Download and complete the Transcript and Record Release Form* and submit to your child’s current school. 

* Only one (1) form and one (1) fee are required per family. 

Uniforms for the Lower School

The lower school will have separate uniforms from the upper school. Lower school uniforms will be supplied by Kyrie Designs.
